Team members should not enter passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information into the Ordering Agent.

Information processed through the King's Chef Ordering Agent is used for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

• Preparing food orders 
• Reducing product shortages and over-ordering

The King's Chef Ordering Agent operates using ChatGPT and may communicate with authorized technology services used by King's Chef Diner to complete requested business functions.
